A few honest words about what we do with information you share with us.
Where we are right now
Ashlar Labs is pre-launch. There is no product to log into. This site exists to explain what we are building and to let people reach us. When you email, we have your email and whatever you put in the message. We use it to write back. That is the whole arrangement.
When you visit this site
The site is statically hosted. Standard server logs (IP, user agent, referrer) are retained by our hosting provider for a short window, for security and abuse reasons. We do not read them. We do not run analytics, tracking pixels, or non-essential cookies.
When you write to us
Email you send to will@ashlarlabs.ai lands in our inbox and stays there until we delete it. We do not share it. We are not building a mailing list. If you would like a thread deleted, ask and we will.
When the product exists
This page will get longer. We will publish a real Data Processing Addendum, a subprocessor list, and a detailed security model before we accept any production data. The whole product is built around the question of what crosses the boundary between two organizations. We take it seriously.
